Red Dust Revival 2022 is run on a dry lakebed Northeast of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. This event is to celebrate the racing that was first started in 1914.

All vehicles, both motor vehicles and motorcycles, at this 2022 event had to be pre 1940.

The event ran for several days, and vehicles and people came from all over Australia to take part. Some vehicles were in showroom condition, but the owners still ran them in the red dirt creating huge dust clouds. Other vehicles looked like they came straight out of the farm shed.

It was a pleasure to photograph these vehicles and to witness the enthusiasm of the drivers.
